Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

Use the magic code sign-in option on the login screen. Enter your email and we'll send you a one-time code to access your account. Once signed in, you can continue using magic codes or set a new password.

How do I manage my subscription?

Open the app, go to your Profile tab, and tap "Manage Subscription." This will take you to your device's subscription settings where you can change or cancel your plan.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data including trips, itineraries, packing lists, and chat history. You can also request account deletion by emailing support@elvaratravel.com.

How is my data used?

Elvara uses your travel preferences to provide personalized recommendations. When you use chat features, your messages are processed by OpenAI to generate responses. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've previously subscribed to Elvara Pro, go to your Profile tab and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription will be restored automatically.
