These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Elvara Travel mobile application ("App") operated by Elvara Travel ("Elvara," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Elvara Pro. The App offers optional paid subscriptions ("Elvara Pro") that unlock additional features including unlimited AI chat, AI-generated itineraries, AI packing lists, and AI destination content refresh.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes. We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice.

Nature of Content. The App uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to generate travel recommendations, itineraries, packing lists, and chat responses. AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only.
No Guarantee of Accuracy. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. Always verify critical travel information (visa requirements, safety advisories, opening hours, prices) with official sources before making travel decisions.
Not Professional Advice. AI-generated content does not constitute professional travel, medical, legal, or financial advice. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Elvara Travel and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (trip plans, chat messages). By using the App you grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the service.
Destination data (including safety ratings, weather, cultural information, and food recommendations) is provided for general guidance only. Conditions change frequently. We are not liable for decisions made based on destination information in the App. Always check official government travel advisories before traveling.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELVARA TRAVEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elvara Travel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
